Refund policy

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee so you can try Blueroca with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused or lightly tested and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@blueroca.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
